Seaside - and small world
It's not so easy being back in the land of snow and ice - but at least the sun comes up earlier. Here's a quiz: I called the Clarks this morning to tell them we were back and had had such a good time in their Dreams. He said a friend of theirs mentioned that he had met someone last sumnmer who knew the Browns of Sharon, CT. Who was it? Clue: they met this person while hiking in Brazil.

I've heard this claptrap a few times over the last few months. They'll be claiming rockets, hovercraft, gin, bungalows, the wheel and sexual reproduction before long.
Just because Chrysler got bought - and unceremoniously dumped as a basket case - by the company that DID invent the motor car doesn't mean that Messers Daimler and Benz are retrospective US citizens...
And this is the most intelligent US politician in decades? Gawd 'elp us!
