very easy (and perfect) bread.

mix 6.5 cups of flour, 3 cups of water, 3 tablespoons of salt, and 3 tablespoons of yeast. let it rise for 40 minutes, then stick it in the fridge. let it sit in there overnight. take half the dough out and let it sit for 40 minutes, then bake
it at 450 for 30-35 minutes. leave a tray of water in the oven with it. the other half can stay in the fridge until you're ready for it.

other than that, we might be getting a house in the Marigny. Replete with tenant. Might be. A friend of ours discovered that it is to be auctioned tomorrow, but he is having trouble lining up the cash, so the deal is that if he gets it at or below a certain price, but can't get the money in time, we will buy it from him. sound crazy? I don't think he'll get it, but I'll be sure to keep y'all posted...
